Westbourne Parish Council is reviewing its Neighbourhood Plan to keep it up-to-date with changes in local and national legislation, and to plan for homes homes in the Parish allocated by the government. An important part of this process is obtaining the views and aspirations of the local community to build upon the information that was given to the Council to help develop the first and existing Plan.
Westbourne Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group
A Steering Group of local people has been created to review the Plan, make any updates or changes to existing policies, and write new environmental policies. If you would like to join the Group, please email clerk@westbourne-pc.gov.uk
Community consultation
Residents, businesses and visitors are invited to complete a questionnaire to give views following on from previous consultations. Your responses will help to shape the proposed second version of the Plan - an important document used with deciding planning applications in the Parish to ensure housing is developed in the right places and meetings local environmental and community policies.
