Westbourne Cemetery is located on Cemetery Lane in the Parish of Westbourne.
The Cemetery is managed jointly by Westbourne Parish Council and Southbourne Parish Council through the Joint Burial Committee (JBC).
The JBC comprises of four elected members from each parish council who are responsible for facilitating burials, maintaining the cemetery and cemetery buildings, the rental of the Cemetery Lodge, and the upkeep of cemetery records. Meetings of the Joint Burial Committee are held at least four times per year.
