Residents are invited each spring to attend the Annual Parish Meeting, which is an opportunity to hear a presentation from a guest speaker on a topic relevant to the local community, as well as to review and celebrate achievements from community groups and organisations across the Parish. There is an interval during the meeting where light refreshments are served. 

The meeting is not a Parish Council meeting but is organised by the Parish Council to enable residents and local community groups to get together to discuss local issues.  

In 2020 the event was cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic. In 2021 and 2022, an informal drop-in event was held outside at the Rectory Lawn in Westbourne with a number of community organisations having stands to share information. The Meeting resumed as normal in 2023 and the agenda and minutes of previous years are listed below.
