We hold a spring cleaning day in April each year, working with Greening Westbourne and the Final Straw Foundation, to help make Westbourne look its very best by picking up the litter that blights the streets and hedgerows. 

The date (often a Sunday) is advertised in advance and we met in The Square at 2pm before being allocated to a section of the village to litter pick. We then meet back at The Meeting Place in North Street at 4.30pm for drinks and refreshments. The bags of litter is collected the following day by Chichester District Council.
