Results of the Parish Council's survey

Published: 14 November 2019

The Parish Council's survey - sent to every resident in the summer edition of the newsletter and available online - which aimed to find out residents opinions of what's important for the future of Westbourne has now closed. Initial results indicate that residents consider the level of crime, traffic flow, and parks and open spaces to be the most important. Residents also said that traffic calming and pedestrian crossings in The Square are a top priority.

Cllr Richard Hitchcock, Chair of the Parish Council, said: "We would like to thank all residents who took time to complete the survey. Your views will help us, and the organisations we work with, to plan future services and facilities in the Parish that meet the needs and wishes of the local community. We will be analysing the results to incorporate feedback into the Business Plan which sets out aims and objectives for Westbourne."

A full analysis of the results is available for residents to view.
