Annual Parish Meeting

Residents are invited to the Annual Parish Meeting of Westbourne Parish on Thursday 18 April 2024 at 7pm at The Meeting Place, North Street, Westbourne. 

Local community groups and organisations from across the Parish will be in attendance to give an update on their work and to let local residents know what they have been doing over the last year. The meeting is also an opportunity for residents to have a say on anything they consider is important to the Parish.

The meeting is organised by the Parish Council on behalf of the local community. Cheese, wine and other refreshments will be served at the interval.

1.  Welcome and introduction: Chairman of Westbourne Parish Council
2. Guest speaker: Dr Will Denby, Chair of Hampshire & IOW Local Medical Committee, a presentation on the broader view of General Practice in England.
3. Interval for refreshments
4. The annual report of the Parish Council: Cllr Richard Hitchcock
5. Report from West Sussex County Council: Cllr Andrew Kerry-Bedell
6. Report from Chichester District Council: Cllr Roy Briscoe
7. Reports from local community groups and organisations
8. Any local issue that has not already been raised
