The Parish Council's Spring 2026 newsletter has been delivered to every property in the Parish. 

Featuring articles on how you can help bees and other bugs thrive in your garden, an invitation to the Annual Parish Assembly at 7pm on 23 April at Westbourne Community Hall, and details of the new speed limit change on Whitechimney Row - the latest of many highways achievements for the Parish! 

The newsletter also includes a questionnaire asking residents about important issues in the Parish to help inform the next version of the Neighbourhood Plan - used when deciding planning applications in Westbourne. Please fill in the questionnaire and return it to Westbourne Cafe or you can complete it online.

A special exhibition will be held from 6-7pm on 23 April at Westbourne Community Hall for residents to find out more about proposals for the Neighbourhood Plan and to find out your views on where new housing should be built in the Parish - please come along.
