Should it be included in the Westbourne Conservation Area?
Chichester District Council has launched a consultation on the Westbourne Conservation Area Character Appraisal which runs until Friday 6 May 2022.
They are asking for residents comments on revisions which have been made to the Westbourne appraisal, which includes updates to the wording to reflect changes to policy, legislation and changes to areas that deal with renewable technology and design.
One key update is that they have identified another area of special architectural and historic significance - Westbourne Cemetery - and are proposing to expand the boundary of the Conservation Area to cover this.
